Here’s my list of questions I detest answering.
What are the cons of eating fruit?
They contain a lot more carbs compared to vegetables and also more calories. Think about it: they are sweet and if you dry them they turn super sweet. That’s what you’re eating. It’s candy.
Can you please explain the exercises you post?
You can google them and use pages like bodybuilding.com or exrx.net where they have excellent libraries of most exercises.
What do you think of smoothies?
I am not a fan of them at all. I would never mix yoghurt with fruit, protein powder or peanut butter or what have you. Blending and chopping up ingredients lower the calorie expenditure you get from digesting your food. I thought you wanted to burn more calories, didn’t you?
What about Men…..?
What about them? Of course I like them now and then. They are just not the top priority in my life and also very few catch my interest and if they do it’s usually for a very short time before it gets boring.
What do you think of Juicing?
Same as smoothie drinking: I don’t see why you want to burn fewer calories from drinking your veggies. Green powders I like as a compliment to a great veggie intake, but they do in no way replace eating your vegetables. Â Chewing your food is important to feel full and for healthy teeth as well. Â I eat a lot of vegetables to satisfy my appetite. Juicing packs in more calories in smaller servings so you can down more. That’s like the opposite of what I practice and preach!
What do you think of kids?
I don’t think about them that much since they’re not part of my life. I had to baby sit my siblings and the neighbor kids when I was growing up, I got my share of kid-handling.
Why don’t you want to have kids?
I’m not interested in stepping down from the number one priority list in my life by having kids. I want to be free to do whatever I want, when I want and for the mere reason I want to do it. I feel choked when I have responsibility over someone else’s life. I don’t want to compromise or sacrifice. So as you can see I am no mother material.
What do you think of ACTUALLY eating the Ben and Jerrys that you think about constantly?
You mean, would I do it? Well, maybe once a year or top two? It’s delicious, they really know how to make ice cream! But, hold your horses, I am not thinking about it constantly, where did you get that from: because I write about it when I get cravings? It’s like you talking about all those things you want to do but never do: skydiving, going to Europe, learn to dance or get a six pack of abs: it’s just a lot of talk. Same for me: it’s TALK.
Why do you work out so much?
Cause it’s my hobby and my job. You tend to want to practice your hobby as much as time allows, don’t you, and your job you need to do when you want to and when you don’t.
What’s your worst rude gym behaviour?
Not respect personal space, not changing workout clothes so you stink, not respect the “I don’t want to talk” golden rule.
Please explain your intensity, how do you KEEP so intense through it all?
How do you explain being who you are? I’m intense as a person. I also know that being a slacker does not pay off.
What do you think of Yoga?
I don’t practice it. I am not interested in it. I stretch and I find meditative moments here and there, but I would never go to a yoga class, no. I don’t like group exercises. I also don’t want to work out more than I do and in no way do I want to get in a hot sweaty room with tons of other strangers. You don’t burn more calories cause you sweat and I am sick of that myth!
What do you think of  people asking for u to post how to make fd pizza?
I understand why they want me to, but I don’t measure up my ingredients. I go by feel. So, for me to post a recipe I would have to really measure and count etc. I don’t feel like doing that.
What do you do for abs?
I do deadlifts, squats, overhead presses and been for years. I also do one ab workout per week. If I were fatter you wouldn’t see my abs even if they are strong.
How much cardio do you do?
More than most people want to do to look the way I do. I do six days a week and mostly twice a day.
What do you think of paleo?
Fruit and nuts are still gonna make you fat if you eat more of them than you need, doesn’t matter how healthy and natural they are, they still have the potential to make you gain body fat. It’s quite obvious we should eat natural foods and not processed. To me that is not the “Paleo”, it’s practicing common sense.
Is it ok to have ‘good carbs’ like brown rice, wholewheat bread, quinoa?
Ok for what? Good carbs eaten in excess for your goals are not better than their bad carbs or sugars or what have you. If you have no problem maintaining your shape and condition, feel free to eat them. If you want to lose fat, don’t eat them.
What do you think of  Soy?  Isn’t soy milk healthy?
Soy can interfere with your own hormones. I don’t do soy. And soy milk? I don’t ever drink regular milk so why would I use soy…..
What do you think of edamame?
It’s not a veggie, it’s a legume. Legumes have quite a lot of calories just like grains.
Is a refeed the same as a cheat day? Or how is it different?
Not at all. Refeed is a carb loading procedure and you don’t eat fats. Refeeds are great for your body to restore glycogen and reverse the adverse effects of chronic dieting. Cheat day is eat all you want from what you want. It is fun, it’s delicious, but it also gets stored as body fat very easy.
How many weeks of yoga/zumba do I need to do to look like you? 6 weeks?
How about a lifetime of it and never reach the goal.
Don’t you get gas from all the veggies?
Nope, I am used to veggies. Your body gets good at digesting what you eat on a daily basis. I also don’t eat veggies raw, I microwave them. And no, I don’t believe food lose their nutritional value when cooking in a microwave. I also don’t think it causes more cancer than what living in a big city does.
You can’t gain muscle just with vegetables right?
If you are a horse, sure. You can always gain a little little, but more than that, no. You would have to eat about 4 lbs of broccoli to get enough protein and it wouldn’t have all essential amino acids anyway to make it a complete protein.
Natural peanut butter is a healthy fat right?
Yes. But it will still make you fat if you eat more than you need. It’s also a source of omega 6 and not omega 3, our diet has tons of omega 6 and it leads to an imbalance. You are better off with walnuts. And not BUTTER cause you’re supposed to chew your nuts!
So are nuts (bag of nuts) make a good snack?
Yes, very good and tasty. Tons of calories. Great if you want to gain mass.
Are you vegan?
No way.
Don’t you eat any protein?
Yes I do. Every day for 5-6 times a day.
Can I eat soy shirataki, they taste better??
You CAN but I don’t recommend it. I don’t do soy. It has more calories too, it’s not calorie free.
Is oat bran a free food?
No. I think it costs about 3 to 4 dollars per box at most grocery stores.
Why is wheat bran free?
Because due to tons of empirical data I’ve come to conclusion a serving or two a day doesn’t change my body composition even when I don’t count the calories. Most of it goes unabsorbed through the body. I don’t recommend eating it many times a day since it DOES contain calories, it DOES absorb or interfere with mineral absorption and it DOES make you more prone to skip your veggies! If you cannot finish your veggies but you eat wheat bran I say stop eating the wheat bran!
Do you think keto diets are good?
Nope.
Can I blend my veggies instead, or even juice them?
You can. It’s a free world. I don’t recommend it.
What do you think of people asking you for detailed eating and workouts for them, i.e. free coaching?
I wonder what makes them think they’re entitled to that since most people charge for the work they do. And so do I.
How should I deal with people who tell me how good I look now that I have lost 32 lbs and over 40 inches, who want to know what I did etc, who, when I tell them, they give me every single excuse why they want to but can’t etc? Then when I walk away, because I don’t really care to listen to them, ‘I have a bad attitude?’
People are idiots. Realize and accept and keep doing your thing. You don’t owe them anything.
What do you think of Socially awkward pervy gym stalker dudes?
I wish they had gone to psychology class to learn what you are supposed to NOT do and then remember it.
What do you think of Daigle Peanut Butter?
I don’t know the brand. I don’t eat peanut butter so I don’t look for a certain brand.
What about the dudes who ask, ‘Do you workout? Let me take you to dinner and I’ll talk about myself for hours….?’
Those statements just tell me this guy is definitely NOT a guy for ME since he must have missed something in biology class believing some people look like I do without working out. That he has to ask tells me a lot about his mindset and intelligence level.
What do you think of  people who comment on your ‘body fat, and imbalance of vitamins’ people accuse you of?
I get pretty tired of it. I want to tell them “Let’s compare blood work!” cause I do have a complete collection of mine and know all about what’s going on in my body. Most people don’t.
Do you really like green beans? LOL
Yes I do. I love all food that makes me look the way I do.
What is the difference between oat fiber n oat bran? Where do you get them?
Oat fiber is JUST fiber and is not digested. Oat bran is a cereal similar to oat meal. You get oat fiber online by googling “oat fiber” +shopping and oat bran you find in any regular grocery store.
Why is it taking so long for me to lose weight?
Most likely cause you’re inconsistent in what you are doing to lose weight combined with lack of patience. You want to lose all the flab in one week, but you did gain it over months or years. How fair to your body is that, huh?
I’m only interested in toning. I don’t want to have muscles like a man. Can I just put all my veggies in a blender?
Toning? Lift heavy and you’ll get a bit toned with time. You won’t get muscles like a man cause you are no man and you don’t have the amount of testosterone needed for it. You CAN put all veggies in a blender. You must use your hands for it. You think that’s too much work maybe?
I’ve been doing the Tracey Anderson workout, how long until I look like you?
Never.
I do cardio and yoga for 4 hours everyday like you do. Why aren’t my muscles growing?
Cause you forgot weight training I do and been doing for more than 12 years.
Aren’t you overtraining with all that cardio?
Sure. But it’s not overtraining unless I don’t get the results I want. I do. So if that’s over training, sure!
Isn’t it unhealthy to not eat certain food groups; you really should eat some fruit!!!
I eat all food groups: protein, fats and carbohydrates. I don’t know what you’re talking about. I don’t eat donuts or bacon. They are part of one food group or two. Does that make me unhealthy?
Are you a sad lonely girl wanting attention, and that is why you diet so hard, and spend time in gym?
I must be, right? Wow, I did get the attention I wanted then! 20.000 fans on my facebook for instance who read what I do. I think I made it!
You will for sure get over the kid thing…over time!!!
You know, I don’t see a reason for me trying to convince anyone about this. We will see, won’t we. I guess you doubt THAT about ME as much as I doubt YOU will EVER get that shredded body you say you want…btw, I’m in my last year of the twenties. It should be about time for me to think about starting a family now of I wanted one. I would have to find a partner to raise kids with, change my lifestyle, start saving for college funds, etc. All that sounds very appalling to me. Â I get anxiety from just writing it!
What do you think of blenders and blending, juices and juicing?
Again, I don’t like it and don’t do it.
Where can I buy shirataki nooodles?
At a japanese food store or online.
Why dont l lose weight? Â I only cheated like a thousand times this week but i ate clean most of the time!!
Lack of consistency and lack of adherence to a smart program. When do cheaters ever win?
I started FD yesterday and I am not lean yet. Why isn’t this working?!
Go figure!
What supplements do you recommend?
The first thing I wonder is: what about your DIET???
What do you think of Crossfit?
Great overall conditioning for people who like group training. It’s not training to look like a greek statue, that’s for sure. It’s also pretty advanced and most people will get injured when they go all out without knowing proper form.
