I am a fan of 2 years or so, I started lifting at 40, I was tired all the time, sluggish and depressed so for my 40th bday I gave myself the gift of training, I was able to afford it for 2 months but after that I started to look for my own information and workout and that’s when I stumbled across a picture if this muscular ripped gorgeous woman whom I wanted to know more about because she looked as I wanted to…. Feminine yet muscular and strong, after that I started to read your blogs and got more and more curious about what re- feed could possibly mean… So I purchased FDX 2 to start and from there it’s history… I had already been working out over a year once I bought FDX2 and had muscularity but no definition, I want to thank you for your willingness to share all of your hard earned work with us in each e-book… You’ve done all the research and have all the proof needed to show us that what you write is the truth. My weight hasn’t changed much in the last year until I dated to go into competition (with the help of your Contest Prep )without a coach or a trainer just with my little bit of knowledge and your e book and just feeling confident in myself that I had worked hard, done my personal best and I was just ready… I placed 3rd on both Novice Open and Novice Short… I have been working out harder than ever and hope to compete again next year, but, as I have been posting my pictures people seem to be so interested in how I’ve done it, to which I reply Fighter Diet has worked for me, check it out on FB.
