Did new body fat checkup today. 7.5%. 119 lbs. I was tighter today. So, two weeks ago 9, now 7.5. Did I do something different? No. It is just the body is not at a constant. Some day drier some day more shredded. Anyway, I guess you are curious about how many calories my refeed was after last body fat check? 7450! All from oats, pasta, milk and some froyo from ben n jerry. 18 hours refeed.

And now, two weeks later, as you can see the calories did not end up in the fat cells. The leaner you are the more you can refeed. So, keep it up people, one day it gets a bit easier.

Today I did cardio, pro camp training routine stuff I need to practice, stretching and pin rolling. Good day. I think I rolled around Golds for 3 hours in the afternoon. I love it. Golds is my temple. hahaha…

I have a new tip for you I forgot to tell you: chew on fresh ginger. nutritious and takes away sweet tooth you might have.  garlic works too haha…
