Cream of wheat breakfast

3 sachets cream of wheat (90 gram)

cinnamon, truvia

1/2 scoop vanilla vp2 protein powder (14 gram)

Directions: prepare cream of wheat with water according to the package directions. When cooked, add cinnamon and protein powder. Add truvia to taste.

Cocoa Puffs with Yogurt & banana

1 cup fruit fat free yogurt fruit flavor

1 cup sliced banana (150 gram)

1 cup cocoa puffs

Toast with cheese

4 slices toast bread (96 gram)

1/2 package Lifetime cheese (120 gram)

tip! Roast the bread, melt cheese on the bread in the microwave, then add splenda and cinnamon on top. Mmm delicious!

4 oz Lifetime fat free mozarella (shredded)
