    The point is Volume 2 is NOT for beginners. As Pauline states in the beginning, “The workouts in this ebook are a step up from the original FD Badass workouts.”

    What makes this book special? Several things stand out:

    • First, as already mentioned: It’s full of advanced workouts, so it’s not for beginners.

     

    • Second, like volume 1, almost every exercise can be done at home as long as you have dumbbells, a barbell, bench, and yoga mat. A few workouts do include cable pulls or similar, but innovative “home gymers” who don’t have one of those fancy home gym systems might already have figured out appropriate modifications. (Or seek advice from Fighter Diet on Facebook or in the Dungeon!)

     

    •  Focus on Split Workouts  – NOT full body workouts for each session.  You get to take your pick of 3, 4 or 5 day splits to achieve more variety for each muscle group and find muscles you didn’t know you had.

     

    • Special Body Part Boosters – This is the kicker! If you are one of those people having trouble with quads, hamstrings, or abs, FD Badass Workouts Vol.2 includes some additional exercise sets that pinpoint just these muscles. You can add them into your regular workout to help that muscle growth.

     

    •  And finally, don’t worry if you are concerned about moving to the next level without understanding how to do all of the moves.
