    Back training FD style!

When I was 17 and started working out I had a trouble zone: the upper rear armpits. They looked like muffin tops! Flesh hanging out on the sides. I was very frustrated. I was set on working it off. From that point I did all kinds of back exercises to tone that area, make it get tight and not hang out anymore. I did pull-ups and rows and cables week after week and month after month, but without any results. One day I trainer at the gym told me “wow, you’ve got some amazing lats going on there!!!” and he pointed at my “muffin tops”. He informed me about what those wings were that insisted on spreading: the latissimus dorsi, also called the lats. I had managed to actually build a great back and due to lack of knowledge I thought it was body fat. Now I was intrigued. I had some great back muscles! I was proud! And that’s when I changed my opinion and it turned into a love affair between me and my back who I named Runar.

This e-book features 23 workouts ranging from newbie to advanced. With back training as with all other muscle groups you must pay attention to form. Don’t just lift, pull or move the weight from point A to point B!

This ebook is perfect for you who:

    a. Don't have a back! :-)

    b. Don't know how to create a workout routine

    c. Bored with your current workout

    d. Want to see what I do

    e. Need to bring up your weak body part in this case the back

    f. Have a large butt. (Because a wider back will make your butt look smaller!)

FD Back Attack! The name says it all...

Weak back? No problem. Attack that back with these workouts and you’ll be flexing your lats with the best of them.

This is a great, focused workout guide for both newbies and advance lifters. As the intro explains Back Attack comes with 23 workouts. Regardless of your experience level, it’ll be hard to get bored. If you haven’t read about it already, the book opens with Pauline’s entertaining story of her back that you won’t want to miss. Then it moves into the workouts with the easier levels first, advanced next, and the usual full color demonstration photos closing out the second half.

If you are brand new you might be starting with full-body workouts. But if you jump into splits (one or two focus areas per workout session) you will find plenty of building block programs in Back Attack. The beginner workouts have their own range from total newbie level to slightly more challenging - appropriate for someone who has worked out for about a year.

The “Heavy Duty Programs” is where it gets even more interesting. Pauline provides a warning because these workouts are intense enough to cause over training and fatigue if you aren’t careful. That being said…you can accept the challenge of these workouts to really define your back and build ALL aspects of those muscles. This section is especially great because these are exactly the workouts Pauline follows. She has inserted some excellent notes on proper form and how she executes some specific moves.

Get this book if you are:

    • a total newbie and need a good set of back workouts
    • new or advanced, but bored with your current workouts
    • advanced, but need some extra “pop” in those back muscles

If you need to Attack your Back you really can’t go wrong with this book!
