    "Ok so I bought the Deadlift e-book last week after pulling something in my back from what I'm assuming was bad form. I caved and had to had to have it! After reading about Pauline's experiences and love for this exercise I had to take a step back and really focus on the movement . Every leg day I would just Deadlift the heaviest I could usually 6-8 reps.     “Get off the floor”

    3 x 20 bilateral butt plank

    rest 30 sec

    3 x 15 unilateral butt plank

    no rest between the sets since one leg is resting

    3 x 20 Glute Ham Raise (you need a friend or hook your feet under something sturdy)

    super set with:

    3 x 20 butt planks with 3 seconds peak contraction each rep

    5 x 10 conventional deadlifts

    rest 40 sec

    3 x 10 conventional deadlfits
