Review by customer: The Refeed System: One Refeed Day in the Life of Pauline Nordin If you’re new to the Fighter Diet program like I am, you could be wondering, “What the heck is a reefed?” You may “get” that it’s not something you do all the time (once every 7 days at the most, usually) but you might not fully understand how it works and what it does for your body. If this is the case, then The Refeed System will be the answer to all of your questions and then some! This ebook is pure Pauline. It’s like she’s having a conversation with you about how she refeeds, why and when she refeeds, and very specifically what she ate for one particularly large refeed. She even explains what cardio she did on that refeed day and why. The book closes with some fantastic day by day pictures showing the changes in her body from refeed day through the following week. One of Pauline’s best qualities shines through in this book – her ability to speak to everyone as if she’s talking to a friend. Before you realize it you’ve just learned a whole lot, without feeling like you got a lecture. (Of course, I imagine training with her is probably a whole other story. <wink>) If you are looking for a neat, bullet pointed list of facts, you won’t find that here – at least not throughout the entire book. But you WILL find a wealth of excellent information if you take the time to read it from beginning to end. Get out your highlighter! (Yes, you can highlight ebooks too, without printing them, if you have the right tools.) That being said, it does include specific sections such as “guidelines and recommendations” as well as “the rules for a refeed”. Don’t skip right to these though! Start at the beginning, and read your way to the end, so you fully understand Pauline’s insights and thought process regarding refeed days.
