You have taught me how to pick the right foods so I don’t want the pizza or dessert. You have helped me through sickness and surgery. You always tell me how it is. You are very up front. You hold nothing back. You always get back to me with in hours. Plus I can vent to you about different situations in my life. You are there to listen when the boyfriend, family, or friends don’t get why I want to be super lean or why I don’t eat rice and chicken everyday. You are there for me to talk to so I can stay focused on my goals. You have taught me in the end “I” have to be the person going to the gym lifting the heavy weights, getting on the treadmill and run up a 10% incline, and put the veggies in my month. You cannot do that for me. You helped me realize I don’t want to look like someone else. I want to be the best “I” can be. You have helped me through good and bad times. You inspire me to lift that heavier weight, which I didn’t think I could even pick up. Haha! You got me to do a REAL refeed, starting at 3000 calories. Now I sit here writing this doing a refeed of 5500 calories. I have learned to look fear in the eye and tell it to f*ck off! Pauline, thank you for everything.
