FDX3 -Get LeanReview by customer on FDX3: Get Lean! Let’s keep it simple. FDX3 is the perfect “tweener” plan for those who’ve already got some muscles but need to shed that fat to show them off. The base calorie level on this menu falls between FD Extreme and FDX2, but can easily be adjusted according to individual needs. F There is one separate plan for males and females. Short and sweet (just like Pauline?!) this eBook comes with 1 menu for each of the 3 days from the Fighter Diet concept (A, B, and C). If you don’t know what those are, I recommend getting the Concept Book as well, so you get a better understanding of how the plan should be used. You do not swap menus, follow the days as laid out. Because of the calorie level, this is also a good plan for folks who are new to the concept and looking to shed weight fast. In the intro Pauline explains how to rotate the 3 days to achieve your best fat loss results. Do keep in mind this is not designed for building muscle, but is intended for shedding fat. If you need to build up a muscle base at the same time you’re burning fat (a slower process), check out any of the FDX2 diet plans instead. Get this book if you:

I recommend it!" - Dr Karlis Ullis, MD "I'm on my 3rd week of dieting and I'll tell you about it! I'm trying Pauline Nordin's Fighter Diet-concept "Get Lean", and how I love it! My biggest problem has always been the amount, since I love food so much and I hate to feel hungry, I feel weak and get angry and so on then... And with this concept I get to eat A LOT. Seriously, I'm never feeling hungry, and if I would, I know I get to eat soon again - another big meal! I'm still strong in my sport which is the most important thing+ getting lean & ripped! I've already lost about 10 pounds and it feels great. I took 2 days off from it during World Challenge on March 8th- the biggest armwrestling competition for women in the world, and that was pretty successful. Team Sweden won and is the best armwrestling country among women in the world! And myself took a 3rd place after Lithuania and Russia in the overall-category, which means I'm the 3rd best female armwrestler in the world wether weight class! Next competition will be European Championships in Poland and it's only 10 weeks away and I'm on fire for it! Training is still 1-6 RM." "Here with some amazing news! Yes it's official weighted myself upon waking this morning and I'm proud to say after being on the FDX3 system for 4wks on my weight has dropped from 127-120 that's 7 lbs. before FD I was the traditional gym goer who " thought" she was eating right. I tried many different diet plans and they all FAILED! I stumbled upon this concept one day when I was looking for inspiration. I google Pauline after seeing her in a muscle and fitness mag. I loved her look and thus it led me to FD concept. There I bought a few ebooks and joined the dungeon to try the challenge. Unfortunately due to work I wasn't around to Post my info by the deadline and was dropped. But that didn't discourage, actually it made me want to succeed more. I finally threw in the towel with the FDD try it for a week ( after using it for 3wks) that came with my newbie pack and decided to buy FDX2. Loved it but needed a plan with fewer calories, so after talking with my dungeonista we agreed that FDX3 would be my best rout. I started FDX3 with a new workout plan that consisted of upper and lower body ploy with cardio and ab days instead of lifting a different muscle part each day like I was used to. My goal with this is to lean out and the. Hit the muscle booster phase!!!! Me and the SCALE are ENEMIES!!! I could never shake the num 127 until I found FD and entrusted in the system. I had to say this is by far the best program out there and I dare anyone to try it!Pauline's plans helped me to take my nutrition and fitness goals to the next level, she gave me the knowledge to succeed!!!" -Melissa "I have been going to the gym and training for about 5 years now with no break except when I travelled overseas last year to America for 6 weeks - even then I managed to squeeze in 4 gym sessions - I was slim and had some muscle definition. 3 months ago I had to have a hernia operation and was told I could not lift any weights for 3 months, I could only walk then when the swelling went down I was able to run. I nearly died when my surgeon told me this but I came to realise it is only 3 months out of my whole life and my health comes first. When I had the first month off the gym and my diet started to slacken for the first time in a LONG time scene I wasn't working out (I always had every meal planned - never missed one, ate clean and no cheat meals). I woke up to myself and thought what the hell am I doing to myself this isn't me or who I want to become and decided to take on Fighter Diet as I was embarrassed by my few kilo weight gain. I privately contacted Emily Brobst as I didn't want my question to be posted on the wall of FD where all my friends on FB could see my post - I saw that she was quite knowledgeable about FD from following you on FB. - Emily - who I have to say a big thank you to!! had no idea who I was and was more than happy to respond to me giving me advise on what e books to purchase after I told her my situation. She advised me to purchase FDX 3 then when I can hit the weights again to go FDX 2. I bit the bullet and purchased it. I LOVE ALL vegetables so knew that the meal plan could easily work for me. It wasn't until I actually weighed the wheat bran, cucumber, broccoli and cabbage I realised how much food this actually was! I have a pretty good metabolism but even I struggled to get all those vegetables in, but I did it because I wanted to see if FD could work for me long term (I also had to purchase bigger bowls!). I have never ate so much on a 'diet' and felt so full - only to realise I was under eating before (I always wondered why I could lift more than any girl at my gym but my muscles just wouldn't grow!) There is no room for cravings when you eat till your satisfied or feeling hungry before my next meal either. I have to admit I was a little worried the first few days where my belly was bloated the whole time with all that food in it but when I saw the weight on the scales coming down I knew this programme was working! I also purchased Cardio for Leanness - WOW this e-book is so informative! I started following this the last couple of weeks as I was able to start running again and purchased a Polar heart rate monitor as suggested. Only now I actually realise how much I used to OVERTRAIN - Yes! The Heart Rate training is great because now I can put more of that extra energy into my weight training knowing I can still do my interval cardio sessions at the required heart rate levels with no problem." -Michelle "I'm at day 10, lovin it! Love that I "can" eat ~120g carbs a day instead of my 30g/day I was eating under my last diet. Those extra carbs keeps me full and energized, perfect!!- Linn He "Day 4 on FDX3 -- amazing results in four days. Clothes getting looser and looser, and better muscle definition. Great plan, Pauline!" -Nicole R "As a newbie, I just bought two of your ebooks tonight (Newbie Pak & FDX3) and just finished reading them. I think this concept will work well for me, since it gives me alot more veggies in my diet. My current diet is very restrictive with more protein than veggies, and I don't feel I can stick with that for the long-haul regarding my health, especially since I'm 41 years...and I really would like to see a healthy 100 years...lol! I already hit the weights 3 times per week and I do cardio 4 times per week, but I've hit a boring routine and need to spice it up & kick up the fire. I can build muscle easy but its harder for me to loss the fat. I don't have much time left in the luxuries of the US. I'm in the Air Force and I leave to Afghanistan this coming Feb and will be there for 12 months. I hope I can continue this concept over there but it will have to be modified since I will be limited to what the military cafeteria has to offer. I can have some things shipped over to me like supplements, protein powders, and fish packs. I recently started a Facebook page for those of us military & civilians that are deployed in restricted environments, and are trying to get healthy or stay healthy. The page will help support each other and pass on tips on how each individual modified their workouts & diets under these restrictions." -Heidi "After years of struggling with body issues and eating disorders, I decided it was time to take control of my life and body. I came across a picture of Pauline and saw her connection with Fighter Diet. I was interested. Maybe because I saw 'diet'. After liking the facebook page, and reading post, I decided to order my first ebook and see what it was all about. I was hooked. I started with FDx2, then a fellow FDer thought FDx3 would be more suitable for my needs. She was right! "Since I was a teenager I've stomach/intestinal issues. I've been to so many doctors -had barrium swallows, colonoscopies, given drugs - you name it! The only answer the doctors could give me was I had IBS or lazy bowel (their way of saying they have no idea). Not one doctor mentioned my diet. I always thought I ate "clean" but when I started the Fighter Diet 1 month ago and every issue I had has stopped! I feel better then have in, well as long as I can remember! I have a 5 week old baby and I should be exhausted but I am full of energy every day! I can't say enough good things about Fighter Diet! Thank you Pauline!!!!! It really changed my life!" -Sarah John "I want to thank Pauline Nordin for this program that has worked successfully for me and my family. I have lost a little over 15 pounds in three months and I want to add I was never hungry! Plus I felt so good eating and feeding my family healthy healthy foods... I have to tell you when I first started I was skeptical for several reasons. First I, didn’t like the idea of being on a diet, but since this is a life style it works perfect for me. Another reason why I would recommend FDX3 is that my whole family can eat pretty much off this lifestyle and stay healthy. Of course I do add extra calories for my boys, since they are growing boys and not adults try trying to lose weight… This is not some Fad diet, FDX3 is a lifestyle… When I stuck to FDX3 100% with great workouts I totally saw the rewards on the scale and in my clothes. I was not able to always stick 100% to FDX3 and that slowed my progress down. Why didn’t I stick to it 100%? I guess I fall into the category of being a normal person with crazy busy life. I’m not giving up my life style though and I there is no way I’m giving up FDX3. By the way my hubby is starting FDX2 tomorrow. When following the healthy food guideline, the lucky guy couldn’t keep weight on, if only my body worked like that!!! We all know life is just crazy FULL of temptations! It can be very difficult to stay focus on all jobs with only 24 hours in a day and 8 of those you’re supposed to be sleeping. Being a working mom and when I say mom, I know I’m a VERY involved Mother to young boys. Which of course means; I can’t give myself a 100% - 40% of the day, so this will make results take longer . I have to say it is sometimes difficult to stay on a dedicated training schedule with all that life has to throw you. But with the right mind set and proper education goals can be reached! I hate my pictures, but I’m okay with my results my life will just make results take longer. Since this challenge is over it’s time for me to move on and what I mean by moving on is learning from my mistakes I made and keep doing what help me with improvements. Like I said My brat of a husband is starting FDX2 tomorrow so we will keep moving forward with our perfect body image (which I don’t know if we can ever get, considering our age and who has that? not even Pauline Nordin which is nuts, but I understand the feeling of always wanting the next level). Our next goal is to look good in bathing suits for the upcoming wedding in Cancun April 2012. Since I’m only going to wear a swim suite with a hot looking wrap the WHOLE time, I will stick to FDX3, greens, Butt Bible and any advice Pauline gives!! -Rachel Brinkman
