    "I found out about you online on Facebook about a year ago. Obviously pretty impressed :) but didn't really start to understand the FD concept until I started following you, and then purchased my first ebook, FD Concept. I read your posts daily and your motivation is amazing. You can't know how much you help me every single day! I have in the recent weeks purchased the Butt Bible DVD and Butt Bible ebook, Delts to Die for, Homemade Superbody, Fat Loss by Mind Power, How to Get Ripped, FD Gourmet Cookbook, FD Stretching and FDX2. I cannot tell you how these have all gone hand in hand for me this last few weeks and how much they have helped! The Fat Loss by Mind Power is on my phone and I read it regularly. It helps me to separate my needs from my wants as well as put my goals in perspective. I want the extreme and as you have repeatedly said, you only get one life to live and you get to choose how you live it.I have put on some serious muscle using your concept and workouts, I am a mom and a very busy one at that, and I'm fortunate to have a gym at home, however even doing that can be tough however I am finding it easier and easier with the support of using different workouts and seeing incredible results! My shoulders alone look entirely different than two months ago! I'm shooting for 6 days a week but I'm still at 4-5... The Butt Bible DVD is amazing for use at home... I yell and scream at you but you keep pushing me and I eventually finish with a huge smile on my face knowing that I am going to see results! And I have.. I had a pancake ass and last week I had to buy new jeans to fit my new butt! It's awesome! The ebook is amazing for the gym, never in my life have I tried using the squat cage for my toothpick legs, but now I'm using it regularly and again, using your concepts, getting the most out of my workouts in a short period of time. I am using FDX2 to put on muscle and wow... it's working!!! Who knew veggies packed so much in them and what it would make my body look like! All I can say is THANK YOU.     "How do I love Fighter Diet? Let me count the ways.... :-) In March of 2011 I looked in the mirror and hated it. I'd had two children and while I'd managed to lose all the weight I gained, I was skinny fat. It didn't look all that bad in public but I felt awful. Heavy, slow, and fluffy. And having a six pack? That was a pipe dream. A local gym offered a 15 week fitness challenge, and I signed up! For 15 weeks I did what I was supposed to do (and "ate clean") and things did get better. I was pretty happy!! Then I found FD; first through your ad in Oxygen and then on Facebook. I lurked around for a while then one day you posted "What? I come back and there are no questions?" So I asked one, told you I wasn't in a hurry and which of your books did you recommend? Your reply? "Tell me what you eat." And that's when things went topsy turvy for me.  :-)

    The food: If you are hungry on FD, then you're just plain doing it wrong. A plan where I'm not hungry? I'm not supposed to be hungry? Where (it's practically blasphemy) I'm supposed to go to bed stuffed, fat tummy, and happy? AND I don't have to eat rice if I don't want to? It's heaven. I've learned what my food does FOR me and TO me. When I eat something now I GET it. I know what's going to happen. What's more, FD has changed how I look at food. Do I sometimes eat a piece of fruit in the afternoon? Yes; but it's not the free-for-all I used to believe it was. If I'm eating it, I'm eating it for a reason (remember, I know what my food does now.....) and it's accounted for. Do I eat six pounds of veggies every day? No; but because of the FD Food Pyramid and the Concept, I eat enough of them to be as full as I could ever want to be. And I am never (ever!) hungry. The Fighter Diet Concept works.

    The workouts: Between you and my fellow FDtiators I have learned so much about strength training and cardio. Heavy is good. Heavy is necessary. Heavy makes the changes. Cardio is good. Cardio is finicky. Cardio is necessary. What's more? I love my workouts and I push my workouts. Because I'm so well fed I'm never tired. (You know, like I was on 1 cup of broccoli and 1/2 C of brown rice.....) I'd get up to work out in the morning and think "I can't be bothered, I'm just too tired so I'm gonna pussyfoot through this workout." Well, no more. I'm getting the right fuel in the right places and it shows.

    The concept: Discipline your dedication. One thing I have learned is the difference between discipline and motivation. It is not a fine line; it is a thick black bold line and it makes the difference between short term success and long term achievement.

    Since joining the FD Challenge 8 weeks ago, I've been learning and following the FD concept and in those 8 weeks I've made more changes and improvements to my physique, my mind, and my diet than I did in the previous 15; and certainly more than I ever expected. My muscles are growing and my body fat is shrinking; I now have the six pack to prove it. The help and support I've received personally from you and from my fellow FDtitators and contenders has been amazing. I'm in a good place, and Fighter Diet is a large part of it." -Rachel Rum

    "I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade now. I have followed bodybuilding diets to gain muscle as well as
    pre-competition diets to lean out. I have always been disciplined to a point. I cook all my foods & prepare for the week .I can eat the same thing everyday for every meal, however I was not able to stick to any of these programs long term.  I was always hungry and after about 4 days I would binge hard then go into a depression / self pity stage. This circle led me to believe I failed and I almost gave up on my dreams.
    I knew Pauline from the industry and always admired that she stayed lean year round. I wanted what she had, the body I've dreamed of.
    I found Fighter Diet and all the concepts through fitness shows and learned more through the Internet and Facebook. What I love about the Fighter Diet is that it is not your average meal plan you can get from a coach, nutritionist personal trainer or even a doctor.
    It is evident that Pauline has taken a lot of time to research methods and foods that are best fit for the body. FD teaches you to take responsibility. You must take time to prep, search for the right foods and measure everything to make sure you meet your caloric and nutrient intake. This is not some fad diet and it is much different than any other program I've seen or been on. Pauline has researched and constructed programs around the essential needs of the body to perform at its best and to look its best.
    I followed her blogs for over a year before I put it into action. My favorite thing about The FD is that I stay full. I am not eating just protein to keep my muscle and lose fat as some of the fitness magazines suggest. Pauline has created plans that include veggies, fiber, proteins and healthy fats.  By basing my daily meal plans around these commandments I no longer need to binge, I am always full and at times find it hard to finish my veggies. She also provides several options so you don't get bored. Since following FD I do not have as many cravings especially around my period. Now my body craves baggage, mustard and chicken!  On FD I  feel healthier overall, I have more energy, my skin glows and I have a overall positive self image.
    I cannot thank Pauline enough for helping me change my life and be closer to my goals. I admire her dedication, her knowledge and I aspire to be the half of the positive role model she is for other women in this industry. She has taught me that you can be lean year round but you have to "Discipline Your Dedication", as Pauline says.

    "Just wanted to sent this message. I am under rheumatology dept and hospital and have been diagnosed with spondyloarthritis 2 years ago. The meds make me feel crap and my joints are not good. The reason why I am messaging you is that this week I got my routine monthly blood test and my inflammatory markers have improved, my haemaglobin was low too and is actually now normal. I have only been on FD for 4 weeks but honestly think this is down to you. I feel better now than I have done in 2 years.
