    The reason for this ebook is to let you in on my personal cardio approach. It is for inspirational purposes. Do NOT copy it if you are not sure you should! I do not recommend this program to anyone, it is not a guide on how to get leaner, it is strictly my way of getting leaner and one of the tools in the box is cardio training. For general info on heart rate training, perceived exertion etc I recommend you to Google it up. There are thousands of great websites with the facts and methods you want to familiarize yourself with.

    I will outline two different routines I do on a weekly basis. One is for maintaining my condition. The second approach I do when I need to remind my body it is supposed to be cut! Yeah, my body tries to soften up and gets used to my routine so then I shock it. Also, if I have a bigger appetite some weeks I just add this version of my routine.

    Excerpt from the Ebook:

    Day 1 am:

    I warm up for 10 minutes on the elliptical trainer. The resistance level is pretty average since I am just warming up joints and getting warm. After that I raise the resistance so it gets tougher but still let’s me go pretty fast. I go all out for 30 seconds. I slow down for 60 seconds. I repeat this 10 times. After this I let my heart rate go down to my heart rate hits 120 bpm and go for one long interval where I go until I reach my estimated 85% mhr which for me is around 170. Cool down is 5 minutes stepping slow with little resistance.

    Day 2 pm:

    After that I increase resistance so it is pretty tough and I go all out until I hit my lactic acid level. I then keep working in that horrible productive zone for one minute and then decrease the resistance. When my legs have cleared most of the lactic acid I go for another similar round. I repeat 5 times. I switch machine and go to the so called ski machine. It is an elliptical trainer machine that work upper body too. I go for 10 minutes at a steady pace. Not trying to do anything more than just get some new blood flowing.
