    "Having grown up being an athlete (gymnast, followed by volleyball) through college, and used to a very strict regimen from my trainers when it came to cardio, I found most programs to be a joke when looking at other "Fitness professionals" in the industry. To "run lightly for 30 minutes" or "walk at a 4.0 incline for 45 minutes" just seemed like a waste of time to me.
