    Pauline strikes again!!!  Another amazing e-book packed with killer workouts.  So much variety and each workout is a challenge.  I started at the very beginning with the first workout from the latest installment of D2D4 and by the time I finished it I was destroyed.  Pauline truly can coordinate a shoulder workout for maximum efficiency and progress.  I am excited to try each and every single on of the workouts in the new D2D4.  Mind you, it's not for the weak at heart, will and discipline.  I didn't think the shoulder workouts could possibly get better from the original volume but they did!!  I am in love with this e-book and you will be too!!! -Andrea K

    "I first started using Delts-to-Die-For in October 2011.  I did one workout a week and each week did a different workout.  I wrote down what I lifted each time and if I repeated the workout a few months later, I noticed that my strength was increasing and I was lifting heavier (yay!).  Sometimes I would look at the workout for that day and think 'that doesn't look too bad' ....what a shock my delts were in afterwards!  And other times I would read the workout and think 'this is gonna be tough'....and it was!!!  I loved each and every workout!!     "First off, I love that you incorporate a warm up. I've never done that before and it felt great to loosen the joints a little before I went hard in the workout. I picked FD Delts Obsessed #2 as my first workout from the book. WOW! I chose this one because I loved the first superset of 60sec push presses. I love push presses and I never thought about busting out as many as I can in 60 sec. Being a competitive person, this made me PUSH! I had to beat my last record otherwise I felt like a wuss.
