Still doing FD2 grain free. Still looking to add more bulk. Long way to go, but ssssllloooowwwllly getting there. I know I need more. My husband is an FD convert now and I've managed to get a few of my relatives onto FD. One has lost 6 kilo in under 4 weeks by following your dietary advice. I am training her 4 days a week in the gym also. I added a bit of fruit to my diet (was told to by Emily when I posted on your FB wall as I was still losing weight, even though I've upped my cals). Still losing so decided to ditch the fruit and add more veggies and protein. I'll keep going and will send another pic in a few months time to show you my progress again. FD is the only way to live where I am seeing results and loving the food :) Do not feel deprived in any way and a majority of my stomach issues are non-existent. Sorry it's in a word document.     "HI Pauline, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you. I started FD  in January. In the first 14 days I lost 12lbs of body fat! Then something unfortunate happened. I have an autoimmune disorder that I had left untreated for too long. Uneducated eating habits related to autoimmunity destroyed the lining of my stomach over time and I suffered a severe bout of autoimmune gastritis and ulcers. For months I was in pain, could not eat, could not train. I lost much of the muscle I had built. The most unfortunate part was that my fat percentage grew and I could not stop it because my thyroid was not working! Now after extensive testing and understanding how detrimental gluten and any type of grain is to my system I was able to eat for my health but I was ready to jump back into fueling my body for performance.     "Ok so i found Fd in 2011 ,i was more curious than anything ,started listening to what it was about and it spoke to me ..I am now one year into FD ,after 8 yrs of fitness i hadnt even considered getting to my full potential ,I was content in that shape ,I had cheat meals sometimes cheat days! i went out a lot and i also worked out intensely  but something was missing .FD came in a crossroads in my life and I thank it for changing my outlook  and helping me get to where i want if i want it .I have been consistently using FDX2 ,it has been a huge surprise  to see how after all ,I start to see the fruits of my work all these years ,I decided for FDX2 for diet cuz i was ready to take on 2 sessions and do cardio everyday ,i was not willing to give up calories for the sake of losing fat cuz then i know there is more risk to lose muscle...I had/have worked for my muscle so no way im gonna eat it up by a huge calorie restriction .It has worked as a charm ...recently I have weighed myself for the challenge i had to look ( i hate scales) and i was horrified ,same weight as initially ..what did i do wrong! well i recently put those two pics together ,i have had no fat analysis done but i can see my body composition change a ton and i have lost sizes ( used to be a 6 in the first) now i am a size 2 . I use a combination of the ebooks and i love them all but my favorites ( leg and butt obsessed ) i incorporate into my workout  butt bible and deadlift ebook  and i am becoming a fan of the d2d4 ebooks cuz i need to get buff arms  too :P .If ever in doubt dont doubt and just get the ebooks ,I as a person who had been going to the gym non stop for years , to find something that really caught my eye and actually gave me new results and a new outlook was a treasure  .
