Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened ½ cup Stevia ½ cup Egg Whites ½ - 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In mixing bowl or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until you have a smooth batter. Spray a 9 inch cake pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour batter into pan and place in over. Bake for 45 minutes or until center of your pie starts to break apart (see picture of finished product). Remove from oven and allow to cool for a bit. Enjoy!!!
