    This diet plan is intended to lean you out while building muscle. It has two calorie levels, one for women, one for men. You can and should try it for two weeks and adjust the calorie levels if you lose weight too fast.  If you lose too fast, add 200-300 calories of carbs at breakfast, pre or post workout.

    The FDX2-series are for muscle gain while staying/getting leaner. It's not a rapid fat loss plan since you need more energy to work out hard and build muscle. I call it the "transformation diet plan". The method is lose fat slowly and gain muscle in the process, which is a very tricky game. With FDX2 you assure recovery by using nutrient timing as well as skipping plan C (which is optional in the FD Concept). The Plan is boosting your metabolism, keeping you strong and melt off the annoying layer of soft and smooth.

    "I started training about a year and a half ago when I was struggling with being underweight and not eating properly. I was told I needed to put on weight but I didn't want to  just "get fat", so I started training with weights.  I was a huge fan of Pauline's before I first started reading about the FD concept.  Following her on the Facebook page and reading the blogs, I was more and more intrigued about Fighter Diet.  I really wanted to be a part of the Fighter Diet community, but I assumed as I was trying to GAIN weight that there would be no benefit in me reading the FD ebooks.

    I had hit a plateau in my training and lean gains, and I knew it was due to my diet.  I still wasn't eating enough, and I didn't know how to eat!  Food still scared me, and I was so confused as to what I should be eating, and how much.

    One day I could contain my curiosity no longer, and brought FDX2.  I read it and realized just how much I was letting myself down on my diet!  It helped me find meals I felt comfortable eating, as a result my eating habits improved and I gained lean mass without gaining any extra body fat!  FDX2 taught me which foods to trust, and I actually ENJOY my meals now because I am no longer scared of eating!

    I don't follow the diet to a T, and therefore don't consider myself officially on FDX2.  As a lean vegetarian (ex-vegan, who has progressed to using whey protein supplementation) I cannot, nor should not follow the diet exactly.  I still struggle a bit with eating big meals (sooo many veggies!) but I eat A LOT more than I used to.  I also add more fats (like nuts) and higher calorie foods, as well as suitable vegetarian options to replace meat.

    But regardless of who you are and your personal goals, I think ANYONE can benefit from reading FDX2.  As long as you understand your personal nutritional needs, you can use FDX2 as a complete diet plan, or a flawless base to modify your own personalized diet.

    Pauline is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to achieving a lean, shredded, healthy physique, so whether you want to loose a few pounds, or you need help building/maintaining lean mass, I HIGHLY recommend FDX2!  I'd be lost without it!

    "Only been doing FDX2 for 17 days. I follow exactly as written. Started at approx 130lbs, 5'3, approx 18% body fat. No new calipers taken yet, but clothes are significantly looser and the scale tells me I dropped 7lbs. I almost never feel hungry, no decreases in muscle mass, strength, or energy... actually I have more energy and endurance than before.
    I have NO will power to ignore hunger pains and I NEED to feel stuffed after a meal. So in the past, the typical bodybuilder diet has never worked for me. I would do it for a week or so, then gorge myself and never make any significant progress in leaning out unless I did hours of cardio a day (which I don't have time for anymore since I work 50 hrs a week with no 24hr gyms nearby).

    This ebook is designed for what everyone wants: more muscle, less fat. You don't want bulk and smooth appearance, but you also don't have enough muscle mass to go on a low calorie plan. Here you get the best of both worlds. You use pre and post workout nutrition for your intense workouts, you refeed for fat loss and to generate an anabolic (muscle-building) stimulus, BUT, it's not a menu with excess calories which will most likely make you too smooth to see any muscle definition.

    A: This is a menu for building muscle and lose fat. FDxtreme is an extreme fat loss plan that are focused on shedding tons of flab. If you are sedentary it also enables a faster fat loss rate, but it's not a menu that will promote maximum muscle gain.
