Panty emergency

It was a wonderful great day today. I took care of my wounds and went to the gym to train shoulders. I was ON and no pain, no joints aching, all was a pretty flow. Some track and field girls around my age were squatting right beside me and they really motivated me. They were so strong in their legs and I approached one of them and commented her strength. I was super impressed! I love when there are more women who train hard and are doing some kind of sport and not just what I do: train to look good in general lol.

From the total combat training camp I made through the other day I now got a taste for blood! I am so taking up the martial art training again and I talked to my training partner today about it. I so want to kick and hit and punch again after this extreme test of my true endurance! I am so happy I did it and did not give in or quit before it was over. I so wanted after first half hour or so, and this was during the seemingly eternal race from hell that went under code name warmup. Warm up my behind!!! It was pre exhaust big times lol.

Anyway, today this afternoon I got a panty emergency. I usually wear either loose fit pants or tight runner pants. what I wear under depends but I do not like panty lines. So, bad planning today meaning wardrobe change from loose fit/boy shorts to runner´s pants and…Oops, I forgot the thong. I ran a few blocks down to american apparel and got a pair. LOL, what don´t you do to feel comfortable for deadlifts. I just cannot stand panties that curl up! Especially not when doing something as important as deadlifts.

Oh, deadlifts went awesome. Up 5 lbs to 235 today with the small wheel plates and it felt great!
