FD fiber, or oat fiber, lowers LDL (bad cholesterol), cleans your colon, balances your blood sugar and it has no anti-nutrients like wheat bran has which can cause adverse reactions in your body if used raw.
As with all fibers, feel free to use as much as you want, but be aware that fiber can cause bloating, abdominal discomfort etc.
