Maintaining. Who said THAT was easy?

To maintain is so much easier than you lose or gain. Hm…who on wonderful earth ever came up with that! Did he or she TRY to maintain??? The problem with trying to look amazing body wise day in and day out has some bad side effects.

1. Your good days become average days and the day when your body has a “bad looking bloated day” feels like the worst way you’ve looked like ever. It does  not matter you’ve been through it before or it’s that day of the month or whatever, you will forget! And it will feel like you lost it, you have no control and that you body is rebelling on you.

2. Since you are not bouncing up and down in body fat, it’s about water fluctuations. The leaner you are the more any tiny little change will make a  huge difference. “Regular folks” have it better off, because more body fat means your body won’t like dramatically different from day to evening or from one day to the next. On the other hand “regular folks” don’t wake up some mornings with a “HOLY COW am I shredded or what!!!”

3. Maintaining will mean keep pushing. Because no body wants to be as lean or dry as you want to be. Men have it a lot easier, us women have more stupid hormones flooding our bodies that work against body fat minimalism!

So, is there a solution? No. I wish, that’s what I am trying to do here! That day when I can look what I think is great every day all the time, then I think I will patent that program! LOL. Fighter Diet the concept is the closest so far that I’ve been doing which keeps me where I am at.
