30 years ago on this day I was born asleep. They woke me up with a shower and that really had me detesting showering for years!

I am the most fortunate woman in the world. That’s how I feel and I hope every woman feels like that if not every day, most of the days.

Mom, Anne-Marie, thank you for raising me to be a strong, independent woman. You taught me to never let fear stop or hold me down. I live by this every day and remind myself of it every day. Thank you for giving me all the love and affection and support. Thank you for leading by example.

Thank you Pavel, my best friend. You had the guts and the heart and the faith to to go chase our dreams in the country of dreams.

Thank you to my big sister Carolina for loving me even when I’m hard to love.

Thank you to my family back in Sweden who love me even though I chose to live my life so far away. You’re still in my heart.

Thank you to my close friends in Los Angeles who make crazy town real and who choose to be part of my inner circle.
