My aim with Fighter Diet is to stay lean all year round. Â I have no interest in being ripped for a contest one day of the year and then turn smooth the rest of the days. Why train your muscles if you cannot see them is my motto.
How do you choose a good diet and how do you know if it will work for you? Simply trial and error of course, but a sound nutrition plan should take care of certain aspects. Do you see yourself sticking to it more than for a short period of time? Does it allow flexibility? Will you feel satisfied? Will it work with your schedule? Will it give you nutrients that keep you healthy?
The more weight you have to lose the more important it is to feel good about your diet. You need to love it. If not, you’ll surrender to your old habits and stay fat. Â When your aim is to maintain a lean physique you need to love your food too or your every day life will be pretty frustrating!
Fighter Diet is not just a way of eating. It’s a lifestyle. It’s training, eating, sleeping, what you think and how you think, mental attitude and go for it spirit. No losers, only winners. The creme de la creme of those who chose to be the best versions of themselves inside and out. Â But even though you might just want to be in decent shape or have a normal BMI and have no plans on getting shredded, Fighter Diet is the way to go. The concept is sound, it’s based on mostly vegetables and filling foods. You need that in order to work with your body and not against it.
When people tell me their fat loss diet works great and it’s some kind of fad diet or no carb diet etc, I ask them “but why did you gain the fat back then? If it did work for you why did you go off it?”. You see, to me, a diet is not a good one if you won’t stick to it. That’s called a quick fix, not a lifestyle. Quick fixes never result in long term success.
