It has been a weird 3 weeks getting back with the help of Fighter Diet, Im injured as many people know.. but DIET is still a huge part in transforming your body. My training is slower than the other contenders. but Im trying to find ways to remain active although I suffer for days after cardio. It proves though after losing 9 pounds in 3 weeks, it is possible to get back to the love of the lifestyle..Maybe slower but sometimes, the snail gets to where it needs to go.
