I was into sport all my life. I was a tri-athlete for more than 15 years. I still like to go for a run or a long bike ride.

I never feel hungry since the veggies fill me up. The only thing I miss is the desert but this diet let U eat once a week desert and itÂ
satisfies me.
I love fighterdiet! It is simple to follow and combined with hard training it keeps U lean and fit.
