I found Fighter Diet in late 2010 but didn’t get very involved. In 2011 I started buying the ebooks and experimenting with my nutrition.  I started FDX2 strictly in December 2011 when I participated in the dungeon challenge for 6 weeks over Christmas.  When this finished I continued on with FDX2 and then, using the concept in the Contest Prep ebook, I reduced my calories in preparation for a photo shoot I had booked. The photo attached is from my shoot. I was so happy with the photos and results I got from FD!   I gained significant muscle and want to gain more! The Butt Bible and D2D4 ebooks have also been awesome in developing those areas. I find all the ebooks very helpful and well worth the investment. I particularly like that reasons and explanations are provided, there are no ‘secrets’. For me Fighter Diet is a lifestyle that is healthy and also realistic. -Ali M
