The 12 weeks of the FD Challenge have changed me in many ways. I entered the challenge hoping that I would achieve my goals (building muscle allover, but especially the butt I never had lol). With the help of the wonderful people of the FD dungeon I’ve managed to keep up my dedication and discipline. They have supported me from day one and they have always been there to help me with anything. So much knowledge can be found in the dungeon that it’s ridiculous.Â
Building muscle can be a hard thing to do if you can’t accept gaining weight. I managed to put on 8 lbs and add 8 cm to my butt. Accepting that the scale went up didn’t happen over night. It took a while to adjust to that, and again the dungeon folks helped me with that.
I anticipated achieving my goals and then setting new ones. I did all this. But most importantly, I changed my mindset. Fitness is a lifestyle. You have to give your body and mind time – experiment with it. See what different foods and exercises do to your body. I can proudly say that I dared to take risks and experiment with adding calories, cutting out cardio etc. just because I trusted the process of building.
Fighter Diet has learned me so much about nutrition, bodybuilding, health, mental strength and above all PATIENCE. You have to be consistent. Nothing that’s worth having, happens fast. The challenge has opened my mind to a life long commitment to the amazing Fighter Diet. A big thanks to Pauline for all the knowledge she so kindly gives to us. And a huge thanks to all the amazing FD people!
