    Please have patience with me at Fighter Diet Inc. It’s more or less a one woman show here. I’m working on making a better team, but in the mean time I ask of YOU to be aware of the situation.

    Fighter Diet Customer Service is available monday-saturday and I receive a large number of emails and calls daily. Please be patient when awaiting a response and rest assured that I will deal with your matter as soon as possible.     Fighter Diet Troubleshooting Downloads

    Dear Fighter Diet Customer!

    Let me explain a bit about the downloads and my ebooks.

    When you purchase my ebooks through my website you get download links. These links sometimes say they are expired. IF they say that, please email me the receipt and I will send manually. Sometimes my email bounces because your email box is too small. Gmail is no problem.

    The download links might say something went wrong in the browser, BUT look at downloads or on your desk top depending on your settings for downloads and you see the ebooks getting downloaded.

    If your download links say not to be found, please forward me the receipt so I can add that product to my list of things that don’t work and bring to the web bureau…. Using netscape? You might need to momentarily lower your security settings for your computer to allow downloading.

    When you get blank pages on your ebook it usually is due to an OLD version of adobe reader. You must download a fresh version! Since the ebooks were created at different time periods, some of them load excellently in older versions but others don’t.

    If you don’t get your links, check the email address you LINKED to your PayPal account. That’s where they end up. If you put in another email address in your contact info, the links will still go to the account linked to PayPal.

    If you made a purchase and didn’t receive links, you should email me the receipt. Don’t worry, I will not forget you. I am ONE person who does my customer service and if I am not there to serve you within that minute, have patience and I will get back to you.

    Please do not try to solv the issues by posting on Facebook if you have not received your ebook. The reason is I might not see your message! Instead, please do email me at pauline@fighterdiet.com . I will help you retrieve the ebooks you purchased. I understand you want your ebooks instantly, so please double check your email address BEFORE you submit your order. Make sure no missing dots etc!

    Backorders

    If a backorder occurs on your item(s), you will be notified and placed on a priority waitlist. We will promptly ship item(s) upon arrival. In addition we will inform and update by email with the estimated arrival date. If backordered item(s) are not received in a reasonable length of time, please contact us immediately at:  pauline@fighterdiet.com

    Shipping Information

    For the cardholder’s protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.     Cancellations and Order Processing

    For any shipments returned to us due to a bad address, refusal upon delivery, or cancellation after 24 hours of placing order; there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

    Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement. Contingent on stock availability, orders are typically shipped within 48-72 hours of processing. Once shipped, orders arrive within the time dictated by shipping preference.

    NOTE: Credit cards are charged upon order placement. If we are unable to fulfill our obligation to ship any order, we will refund the amount charged to the original credit card.

    Incorrect billing information and/or shipping to an alternate address may cause shipping delays, as information must be verified. Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or specification error in products or pricing is subject to correction. We will notify you of any corrections or changes and ask for your approval before we complete your order.
